Quello più meritato è senza dubbio quello a Sean Penn, due interpretazioni magistrali in un anno. L'oscar era d'obbligo. . -

Forse un film che non ha avuto il successo di pubblico meritato è "Le invasioni barbariche".. forse.
Non so se lo confondo con gli altri capitoli della trilogia.. -

Oddio io su Sean Penn non sono troppo d'accordo... Lo trovo un bravo attore, ma ha uno stile perennemente sopra le righe che non rientra nei miei gusti. In ogni caso, in Mystic river è bravissimo e Clint gli offre il ruolo tipico "acchiappa-oscar". Come telefonato è stato l'oscar a Charlize Theron, sulla quale soprassiedo.
Personalmente, sono talmente innamorata di Lost in translation e della performance di Bill Murray che tra i due avrei scelto senz'altro Bill.
Poi non mi scordo che quell'anno c'era Il ritorno del re, e che dell'intera trilogia non è mai stato premiato nemmeno un attore...
Ma queste sono le uniche perplessità di un'annata che complessivamente mi ha proprio soddisfatta! Il filotto di 12 Oscar di Peter Jackson è stato sublime!. -
