Audra Ann McDonald (Berlino, 3 luglio 1970) è un'attrice e cantante statunitense, specializzata nel genere musical.
Audra è conosciuta principalmente per la partecipazione a Private Practice di Shonda Rhimes dove interpreta la parte di Naomi Bennett. Durante la sua carriera ha avuto anche esperienze teatrali, recitando in opere come Ragtime e A Raisin in the Sun. Grazie alle sue interpretazioni è riuscita vincere quattro Tony Award (dei quali uno come miglior attrice non protagonista per Master Class) e due Grammy Award.
