La cinquina dei registi è assurda, secondo me. Con Eastwood, Fincher, Nolan... Ci ritroviamo un'altra volta Bennett Miller e il tizio di The Imitation Game. Siamo alle solite... . -

in giro ho letto cmq che in molti son sorpresi in negativo di tutte le nominations per American Sniper, a discapito poi di robe tipo Gone Girl e Nightcrawler . -

A me stupisce veramente il successo di Foxcatcher. Steve Carell, nonostante quella follia di trucco in faccia, è anche bravo, ma non è il protagonista, e doveva semmai essere candidato come Ruffalo come non protagonista. Ci avrei visto bene Ralph Fiennes (alla fine Hotel prende 9 nomination tranne lui!) o Gyllenhaal.
Per il resto, è di una pesantezza... Forse la cosa più interessante è la sceneggiatura, perchè costruisce delle belle dinamiche tra i personaggi. Sopravvalutato, comunque.
American Sniper l'ho trovato molto bello, con gli ultimi quaranta minuti davvero magnifici, Clint surclassa tutti almeno per me. E' un film molto sincero e diretto, che ti dà anche una lezione sulla guerra e sui militari, sul ritorno a casa che non c'è mai veramente, sull'idea psicologica del nemico... Non smetterei mai di parlarne. Anche Cooper è bravissimo, credi che si tratta di un personaggio molto difficile. e con uno sguardo vale più lui di mille libri sul disturbo da stress post-traumatico. La nomination per me è meritatissima.
Certo che Gone Girl, Interstellar, ma anche Nightcrawler, mancano. Per me il problema possono essere certi biopic, che sono comunque belli e ben fatti ma alla fine non inventano niente. La cinquina dei registi poi non si può vedere.. -

Voglio andare a vedere sia American sniper, sia La teoria del tutto. Poi potrò commentare un tantino meglio.
Tra i registi quindi non posso esprimermi, ma tra quelli che ho visto (grand budapest hotel e the imitation game), Wes Anderson stra-vince, Spero abbiano messo Morten Tyldum solo allo scopo di eliminarlo
Comunque peccato per Nightcrawler, volevo andarlo a vedere ma ero in periodo di esami, e qui l'hanno tenuto per pochissimo! Stessa storia per Boyhood.... -

Per quello che ho visto di un solo oscar sarei stata sicura; miglior regia per Clint Eastwood, e neanche gli hanno dato la nomination... ve possino! . -
