.Oscar 2010
L'83ª edizione della cerimonia di premiazione degli Oscar si è tenuta al Kodak Theatre di Los Angeles il 27 febbraio 2011. A condurre la serata sono stati scelti gli attori statunitensi James Franco e Anne Hathaway, entrambi alla loro prima esperienza.
Il discorso del re è il film che ha ottenuto il maggior numero di candidature (12), venendo premiato in quattro categorie (miglior film, miglior regia, miglior sceneggiatura originale e miglior attore). Quattro volte è stato premiato anche il film Inception, che aveva ottenuto otto candidature. Il film Il Grinta invece, nonostante l'aver ricevuto dieci nomination, non ha trionfato neanche in una categoria.

A posteriori forse comprendo la scelta di non premiare come film dell'anno Inception.. forse sono entrato nelle loro menti 
Il film ha troppo l'aria da blockbuster, mentre la giuria vorrebbe mantenere uno status di critici-snob, per cui andare a premiare un film sì bello, ma soprattutto più nei canoni.. -

Io non capisco! Però mi rendo conto che l'Academy assegni il premio al film secondo certi criteri.
Invece il quartetto di attori, tutto considerato, è stata una gran cosa!
Non avrei mai detto che Christian Bale avrebbe vinto l'Oscar, e anche se quest'anno gli ho preferito Sam Rockwell in Conviction la sua performancec in The fighter è davvero ottima..
